CLOSED TICKET POLICY



DEAR VALUED CLIENT(S):



  1.  YOUR TICKET WILL BE CLOSED IF YOU FAIL TO MAKE YOUR NORMAL PAYMENT.


      NOTE: THIS WILL TERMINATE THE CONSULTING AND SOFTWARE AGREEMENT AND

       NO FURTHER SERVICES WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE CONSULTANT.




   2.  YOUR TICKET WILL BE CLOSED IF YOU FAILED TO SIGN AND EXECUTE

         THE CONSULTANT/SOFTWARE AGREEMENT.


     

  3.  REQUEST TO CLOSE: YOUR TICKET MAY ALSO BE CLOSED ON YOUR OWN REQUEST.



  4.  THE CONSULTANT WILL NOT TAKE ANY FURTHER ACTIONS ON ANY CASE

        FOR WHICH THE TICKET HAS BEEN CLOSED.



  5.  YOUR TICKET MAY ALSO BE RE-OPENED ON REQUEST AND AGREEMENT BY

       THE CONSULTANT.



                              SPECIAL NOTE: (PENDING CASES & APPEALS)


 

   IF YOU HAVE ANY PENDING CASES  OR APPEALS FILED IN ANY COURT YOU WILL NEED TO TAKE THE FOLOWING ACTIONS:


  PLEASE NOTE:


1. YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE PROVISIONS TO CONTINUE TO MANAGE YOUR  PRO SE CASE.  


2.  YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING ANY BRIEFS, OR RESPONDING TO ACTIONS FOR WHICH  YOU ARE A NAMED PLAINTIFF OR APPELLANT


3.  IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A BRIEF, THEN YOUR BRIEF AND RIGHT TO APPEAL WILL GO ABANDONED AND THE CLERK OF COURT MAY DISMISS YOUR CASE OR APPEAL AS IT PERTAINS TO YOU.


4.  IF YOU FAIL TO FOLLOW UP ON YOUR CASE, THEN THE COURT MAY DISMISS YOUR CASE OR  APPEAL FOR WANT OF PROSECUTION.


5.  YOU OR YOUR ATTORNEY MAY NEED TO FILE A BRIEF IN THE DISTRICT COURT OR

    APPEALS COURT.
