TEXT MESSAGES ARE NOT AUTHORIZED


Dear Value Clients:


1. Please note, that the consultant DOES NOT accept text messages for managing cases.  Please use the TICKET SYSTEM so that your message may be securely stored for follow up.


2. One Text message may be sent in order to inform the consultant that the Ticket System has been updated.

 

3.  The Consultant is not contractually required to answer any of your text message and any message you send is at your own risk and peril.


4. Any Abuse of the Text Message system to the consultant's cellular telephone will result in an IMMEDIATE BLOCK of your phone calls, and may also result in the closing of your Ticket.


5.  Text Message may be used ONLY for emergency purposes.
