   in order to recover your title in the event someone has

   fraudulently changed your title.  The software containts a

USE NUMBER 6 to ORDER A PROPERTY INVESTIGATION report.  This report will show you all the liens on your property, and will also show you who is presently on title.

USE 2 WHEN YOU ARE IN PRE-FORECLOSURE IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A NOTICE OF DEFAULT AND THE LENDER IS ABOUT TO SELL YOUR HOJME.

USE 3. POST-FORECLOSURE is the lender has already foreclosed your property or if someone has stolen the title to your property.
