CANCEL-A-MORTGAGE(TM)
1. After 30 days of DEFAULT your contract will be CANCELLED AUTOMATICALLY.
2. In order to reinstate the monthly contract you must pay the full amount owed,
or make provisions with our consultants to pay the same.
3. Our commission for services will survive any cancellation, including any
new services you have acquired with another consultant, lawfirm, or attorney.
4. PAY-AS-YOU-GO SERVICE: In the event of default we will only offer PAY-AS-YOU-GO SERVICES, which will require payment in advancement.
5. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCED WILL BE PERFOM CONSULTING SERVICES, OR RELEASE ANY SOFTWARE TO YOU IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS DELINQUENT.
